Ginger M. English is a Senior Associate practicing within the firm’s tort and business practices. Ginger graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara (Bachelor of Arts, with Honors, 1990) and graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law (1993) where she was the Managing Editor of the Law Review. Ginger has over twenty years of experience representing insurers and defending insureds in a wide variety of high-stake litigation. She has extensive experience defending matters relating to personal injury, construction defect, property damage, product liability, premises liability and general business litigation. Prior to joining Marc Trachtman Law, Ginger was a senior associate for many years with Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi where her practice focused on complex insurance coverage matters and bad faith litigation.
