Josh is an Associate practicing within the firm’s transportation, tort, and civil litigation practice areas.
Josh graduated from Chapman University in 2017 with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. He went on to attend Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During law school, Josh worked as the director of business and legal affairs for one of the largest independent music publishers in the United States. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2021.
Josh has extensive experience representing some of the largest transportation clients including Amazon.com Inc where he served on a nationwide practice team handling transportation matters on their behalf. Josh also has experience in a number of other practice areas including premises liability, habitability, business litigation, real property disputes, police practices, public entity defense, and bad faith defense.
